George Sigel, 89, of St. Louis Park, Minn., longtime resident of Duluth, died Friday, July 3, 1998.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Bess.

He is survived by his sons and daughters-in-law, Melvin and Delores Sigel of Minneapolis, Robert and Roberta Sigel of Scottsdale, Ariz., and Morrie and Lisa Sigel of Westport Conn.; grandchildren Judy and Todd Freeman, Jill and Ken Greer, Susan and Daniel Teboul, Steven and Sheila Sigel, Bill and Wendy Sigel, David and Valerie Sigel, Ariana Sigel and Halli Sigel; great-grandchildren Jennifer, Katie and Zack Freeman, Molly and Alison Greer, Natalie and Caroleen Teboul, and Sophie and Hannah Sigel; special nephew, Bernard Dinner; and special niece Celia Bell.

Memorial services: 9 a.m. Sunday in Sholom Home West, 3620 Phillips Parkway, St. Louis Park. Burial 1:30 p.m. Sunday in Tifereth Israel Cemetery, Duluth. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Sholom Home West. Shiva 7:30 p.m. Sunday and Monday at 2831 Glenhurst Ave. S., Minneapolis. Arrangements by Hodroff & Sons Funeral Chapels, Inc., Minneapolis.
